@heisenberg34 R-ALA and Gabapentin help me in maintaning the status-quo without increasing pain. The majority of neurologists seem to recommend R-ALA and Gabapentin, but we have to remember that each individual is different and the results can be different. After consultation with your neurologist, you may wish to try both for 1 month and see if they work in your case. Best wishes.
