I’d love to have one of those endless August days during the summer after HS graduation and before going off to college. The days that seemed to go on and on and end with golden sunsets ripe with the anticipation and dreams of what the future held. The bitter sweetness of leaving lifelong friends and family behind, mingled with the bursting joy of what was to come! Looking back, this time for me mingled every feeling, good or bad, that I was to ever have.
