Hello,

Here are some help resources from Mayo Clinic on peptides and collagen:

"Mayo Clinic Q and A: Collagen and biotin supplements"
---------
"Can collagen supplements help with aging?"
--------

These Q&As point towards a lack of evidence of collagen supplements because of the ways the body absorbs and builds protein. In short, medical professionals and researchers say more long-term studies are needed to determine efficacy. If you read through the Q&A it explains a bit more about the need for a proper diet around collagen to help build the correct proteins needed. As with any supplement it is recommended you talk with your care provider to determine if it is a viable option for you.

@JustinMcClanahan problem is that most (all that I have known) care providers say they don’t know anything about a supplement, or discourage use stating there is not enough clinical evidence, etc.
