I learned a lot from gently. She so kindly has kept many of us informed…my husband also went to medical school, which helps, (the hospital wants him to come and be a P.A. he’s not keen on doing) although he is not a doctor…his sister is. We have learned a lot that unfortunately even the doctors are just not up on…including my rheumatologist.

@osteopatient2026 my doctor doesn’t even seem to want to look at anything else. She just wants to push certain kinds and that’s it even knowing that I have health issues that I cannot take them. I heard that I could go on. It’s an older medication. Called Miacalcin it is to maintain so do you take D3 and K2 how long before the calcium
