@lyles56 - I had a similar experience after prolapse surgery. It was because I got a UTI after surgery and was prescribed nitrofurantoin monohydrate/macrocrystals (Macrobid), which evidently I react to with a terrible rash. In my situation, I reported it and the doctor changed me to another prescription.
