I don't want my rods removed. They are wonderfull. But with (what I call) cement & rebar holding my entire thoracic spine stiff, my lumbar and sacral, therefore my pelvis, has become "disfunctional" over my perimenopause phase. With a year's old left hamstring injury, a year's old ACL repair, and a newer right hamstring injury, I am now looking at a right hip replacement. These injuries were from thinking I was younger than I was while running/jumping. I hope this gives more clarity! I am in Springfield, Oregon.
