Severe Adrenaline Spikes every morning - please help

So far the only thing that has stopped this for me is Trazadone. However, please note that it doesn't heal you, it only stops the feelings, if you discontinue Trazadone the feeling is there again. Im looking at posts on reddit that talk about Histamine being the issue so I am starting supplements for DAO enzyme and for HNMT -SamE which is what the poster recommended. I will see how I feel after some time but I hope you found a solution to this.

@anxiousmind thank you for responding! Have you checked your MTHFR and COMT? I have a MTHFR mutation and slow COMT. Groups cover the items you mentioned on fb as well. There is a MTHR mutation group I follow. I am also starting a DAO next week in the form of bovine kidney and spleen. I hope I can tolerate it and it helps. It’s from ancestral supplements. I could not tolerate the recommended seeking health DAO. Are you taking separate supplements for HMNT -Sam e?
