I have peripheral neuropathy in both feet and it’s starting to affect my calf muscles. My pain management doctor has started me on Lyrica at 150 mg per day. My research says this is not strong enough and Lyrica only starts to control pain at 300 mg. Does anyone have any input regarding this issue?

@blowerk1216 I bet you eat very little animal protein. That's the source of vitamin B12 which makes new nerve insulation. Take METHYLCOBALAMIN anyway. Coba stands for cobalt. B12 is made in soil with aid of cobalt. Grass therefore is dusted with B12. Animals eat grass and we eat them
So meat eaters get plenty of B12.

@blowerk1216 I’m on 600mg 3 times per day of gabapentin I’ve been on lyrica it did nothing for me just looking if you have gotten replies on different medications my neuropathy is from my abdomen through my toes the pain doesn’t go away and I don’t know what to do with my neurologist on the 25 I go to the University of Michigan if they suggest something I’ll let you know I developed mine in 2013 after a botched surgery
