If you have a diagnosis you shouldn’t need an appointment to get a “letter of medical necessity”. Don’t give up be persistent daily phone calls. My cousin was in the Toronto area and also had a really difficult time getting an appointment. By the time he did it turned out he had stomach cancer that could it have been dealt with earlier he might of survived. Ironically his wife died from the same thing a year and a half later. Getting appointments in Canada is really difficult but keep trying.

I am just going to go into the office next week and request the appointment. I've always had a good rapport with the person on the desk I do not understand what is going on I am not discussing my health via email through the secretary
