I am happy with the implant thus far as it is far superior to any other ED treatment in my opinion and yes it is longer flaccid! Whatever your stretched penis length (SPL) is going into the procedure is pretty much what you will come out with flaccid. I did not realize these implants do not stretch that much when pumping up. When rigid, they gain girth and maybe 1/2” in length when compare to flaccid. Implants make us “showr’s not growers”. You can estimate the end result in length by grasping the glands and pulling straight out firmly… that is a close estimate to erect length later and maybe 1/2” less for flaccid. I was told That length will continue to increase over the next six months with use and daily inflation. That does seem to be happening to the tune of about an additional 1/2” length both flaccid and erect.
Good luck with your procedure. I would not go back to shots or pills even if I could.
