Anyone have improvement after Trimix ?

I would encourage trimix usage. Also, Some men need longer than two years to recover and I would suggest if things are not getting worse that is a good sign.
I am nearly two years post RALP . I started Trimix at 6 weeks post RALP as part of penile rehab program to keep things stretched out till normal erections returned. Trimix seemed to help in terms of getting an erection and keeping blood flow going to penile tissue. Things were looking good till 6 months when unfortunately in my case Trimix stopped working … just too much surgical damage for an adequate recovery. Ended up going with an implant. PSA is still undetectable and that is the real end game for me.

@beachflyer thanks for your response. After my URO visit I decided to stay the course. The thought of a rock hard erection is appealing. But after to years I feel I am still healing a bit. This morning I awoke with an erection, not rock hard. But still encouraging. So I will continue with viagra. When intercourse doesn't work, my wife and I are creative.

@beachflyer now at 6 months are you still happy with implant? I get one on 8/17 /26 just a couple of weeks. Did your flasid size change (any longer)? I am hoping that I can get a little more flasid length to help with the occasional sit on toilet and so short pee onto floor or pants. Not always that short but sometimes.
