Good for you keep it up. After2.5 years I came from 20 msg prednisone then 7 months ago I started kevzara worked great with a slow taper 1/2 mg per month. Now on 5 my Pmr is back bad overnight.Neck, hips, hands.
Doctors put me back up to 20 milligrams with a fast taper of 12 pills and get back to 5, continue my kevzara. Hope it works. Dave

Are you saying that the kevzara only works for you when you're on prednisone? After 7 months I would have expected that the kevzara would have fully resolved your PMR pain. That concerns me because I am taking my second shot of kevzara tomorrow and I cannot go back up on prednisone because of SMM. I've come from 25mg prednisone to 4.5mg in just over 3 months with mild to moderate symptoms. I'm also on 3mg LDN, so maybe that's making the difference.

@david682e I started Kevzara 2 weeks ago. Just took the second injection this morning. First injection in thigh - bee sting. 2nd injection in belly - no pain. Reducing prednisone 1mg per month. Down to 9mg from 20mg at start. Kevzara kicked in just before 2-week mark to reduce the awful pain in hips, knees, shoulders, neck.
