Ultimately it will be the concerned medical professionals who can give right treatment options. Even decipher tests etc are not reliable tests. I went through all kind of tests even with 3+4 where the 4 cells were ~3%. But one will not know when it will turn aggressive. So medical professionals are in better position to give treatment for individual condition

It is always the medical professionals in consultation with the patient to accept a treatment option offered, but a patient that has researched and educated themselves as to what is feasible is better able to question those professionals about the treatment options offered or were not offered.
