Food allergies do it to me as well… All the blessing of the Covid fairy! I also had to restart HRT to try to handle the cold and Hot spells. I am up almost every morning at four or five overheated, stay up for an hour to cool down, go back to bed and freeze for two hours. Doctors have no idea what to do.
