@snop I don't believe this can be attributed to a reduction in beta-blocker. This is something else. You need to consult a physician ASAP. Beta-blockers can be stopped inside of a week or two if done properly, and some are told to stop cold, although they are usually prescribed a substitute or an anti-arrhythmic drug like amiodarone instead, which sort of takes over the operation.

Note that I am not a physician and don't understand how diabetes might change things for you, especially if it's not being managed through insulin. But your swelling tells me that you need immediate help.

@gloaming I have the Doctor Who put me on the medication. And my cardiologist and the electrophysiologist. Cardiologist told me to stop at cold Turkey. I told him I could not because I tried to and had a Tachycardia episode. So now I am spacing it out. I have been able to get as high as 68 hours but that was accidental. I had forgotten to take the pill with no side effects. I got there at 68 hours. I started to get some chest pains so I took it right away. I am being extremely careful and I am only taking advice from the Mayo Clinic in the Cleveland clinic at this point, and only from people who had similar experiences. I want to thank you for taking the time to read my post and offering any suggestions that’s what I’m looking for. I will be calling the Mayo Clinic to see if I can arrange a second opinion through them on how to proceed. I was given a date to do an ablation, but they had not seen most of what had been done and what I have been through since April and I think that it’s better for them to have the information to proceed properly .
