I know how difficult it can be trying to get off some meds especially benzodiazepines, I also take them and I started using magnesium bisglycinate to help me sleep but it gave me brain zaps. I see that you mentioned you’re going to see a Nurse Practitioner tomorrow so I’m thinking that you might want to wait until then to see what is your next step to take, having such adverse symptoms from your withdrawal is scary and you could injure yourself falling.
