It took me more than 9 months after I stopped ADT for my joint pain to significantly diminish. I did have physical therapy and I did exercise at the gym also.

@ededed thanks again for the response, same here as far as the gym, didn't think about physical therapy, will have to try. Did you testosterone numbers come up at all, it's been 8 months of no ADT therapy and they are still zero
