right3, I was thinking about trying incliseran, but in July an oral medication enlicitude was approved. It might be easier on the digestive system because it's every day. Now they are saying that ApoB is more indicative of heart trouble. So I self ordered thinking, since I feel so good, that maybe I don't need medication. To my surprise, I'm double the acceptable number. These drugs work so well. Will your husband continue with Repatha. I lost too much weight too quickly.

@gently As of now the answer is No. His Cardiologist and his Family Doctor are both very helpful so consideration will be given to possible alternatives. I wish you well.
