@irenea8 Well, maybe my airways are more damaged than most - all I know is that I can't move the stuff from my lowest airways without the aid of thinners. Maybe I was all plugged up prior to this, I'm not sure.

Right now I am on IV antibiotics and have little mucus but normally I have a lot that will ONLY come up from mid or lower airways if I invert myself while using the Aerobika. I have a chaise couch and at the end of the chaise I put something that is slightly lower with a pillow on it for my head. Then my hips are raised some with a pillow. My knees are up. I do multiple sets of Aerobika like that and then each set I sit up and breath/cough out the large globs that drain out from the inversion. If I did not do this I would get very sick very quickly. I do not know if it would work for you.
