@bdarling82 I was told to eat 4-5 small meals a day instead of large meals, and to be sure to chew food well. Drink lots of fluids preferably after eating.

@adlib071 Yes, I was advised the same thing. I have never been one to drink enough fluids, but I now make an effort to do so...sure don't want any more problems! Besides that, I have to remind myself I am older now and have to stay hydrated. A lifelong friend of mine, since elementary school, passed away a couple weeks ago from heat stroke. It's mighty hot here in Texas.
