Currently doing DEXA every 2 years. Just wondering: How do you get one every year? Is it with Medicare every year? Im too young to get Medicare.

Ah, I see! HRT is such a solid option to help manage osteopenia and protect your bones. Wishing you all the best and great results for your upcoming DXA scan🤞

Sorting through osteoporosis treatments, nutrition, and exercise can be time-consuming, particularly with so much mixed information available.

I’m not yet Medicare eligible either; I retired early and have retiree coverage through former employer, which covers my annual DXA.
