I have had times when I am very comfortable, then all of a sudden I feel as if I am standing in fire. My heart rate is normal, I don't sweat, my face does not turn red. It takes some time to stop. I also can have a freezing cold time, and I have noticed I get very tired afterwards and take a short nap. I five years, I have not noticed anything that triggers these episodes.

@earthangel i've been under the care of a naturpath for a year; had a bloodwork panel done and i'm highly sensitive to many many foods; when i eat a food that is toxic, i become flushed/have tingling in feet/brain fog and immediate fatigue where i have to lie down and nap. i can eat very few foods w/o a reaction; also get cold often and live in az where it's been 110. your symptoms might be from food intolerance.

@earthangel same with me. One time I got really hot for an hour and then extremely cold
