Want method to quit Paroxetine after 25 years

I wanted to comment on your post because I also took Peroxitine for a very short time and an equally low dose. The drug was a poor choice for me, I realize that there’s a settling period with these types of drugs but the side effects came on with a vengeance and I had no option but to stop taking them, I’m not unable to withstand some suffering having survived cancer but it was simply too much. I know that you have been taking them for years and obviously they worked for you, I’m assuming that you need a change however, Peroxitine is reputed to be one of the most difficult drug to get off of and having said that, you must try to get on another medication to offset the withdrawal symptoms. Perhaps it might be an easier journey for you and hopefully it will go smoothly, either way you will need to take a long time to wean yourself, the switch to another medication is really based on how your withdrawal process goes,.

Yes, that paroxetine is said to be the most difficult to get off of.
I will ask my generalist how todo it...I am afraid it will take a long time and with that some jittering that I hope I can stand.
HOPE the generalist will have decent escape route.
