@csshman what a great response !
12 months since my last radiation treatment. I am pretty much where you are with side effects . I completely identify with having to guzzle down any flavored beverage . As many times that I have mentioned nausea , it seems to fall on deaf ears .
Good to know that there is treatments as you mentioned .
Shame on my surgeon. I have tried Xylol and yes it does help .

@ernierogersquamus123 It was my Radiologist that originally suggested the weekly IV drips to help with my nausea. They would give me 2 whole bags. I was in the chair for about 1-1/2 hours. The nurse would inject Ondansetron and a steroid directly into the line. I hope you're not still having nausea issues. The dry mouth, throat and damaged taste buds are enough! Did I mention things smell funny. 🙂
