@qwerrqaz That you have caught it early is very positive. You do need further testing more precise to Nets to make sure it is isolated. And, yes, a net specialist at a major medical center is the best course of action.

@mmar2025 Hello, Thanks for the advise. Yes, I underwent a surgery in Taiwan and then Doctors did recommend me to do further examinations since the margin shows positive. I did discuss with the colorectal surgeon in Taiwan who told me that he could use ESD or TAMIS to check my rectal NETs.
However, I went back to the US to study. And I finally made an appointment to both colorectal surgery and gastroentrology in next month in a medical center affiliated with the school. I have to say that the medical efficiency in the US does not functional well compared to Taiwan. However, the US may have the most advanced medical equipment in a medical center compared to Taiwan. Now, I think the doctor may suggest me to do the CgA, MRI, PET-CT, etc.
Below is the information of my NET G1 phase:
Ki-67 proliferation index is 1%
Immunohistochemical study shows synaptophysin(positive), chromogranin A(Negative), INSMI(positive). Sugget further excision.
