Evidence indicates it works best on the Depression however that can have a run off effect on the anxiety as well. They have seen improvements in both areas, though I am not sure it would be used if the singular diagnoses was Anxiety.

I had TMS and it did not work for me. I have OCD, anxiety and depression. I think it works better for just depression. Everyone is different so the only way to know is to try it. It gave me a headache and made me sleepy. Good luck I hope it works for you.
