I am so glad I found this post. I had surgery for the same reason. I have also found it difficult to find resources related to post surgery bowel movements, bloating and gas. The comments to this post have been very helpful. I am 6 weeks post surgery and it has been very reassuring to hear of others who have faced similar issues.
