Sorry to hear about your liver enzymes. I had a brief period of afib 6 years before Kisqali from something else so I may be predisposed to afib but Kisqali definitely sent me over the edge. You could try it and if you have heart issues then stop or lower the dose? I was taken off Kisqali after my 5 years but will take Letrozole for 10 if my bones hold up. I’m at 5.5 years now. He said AI does the heavy lifting.
When I stopped Kisqali my afib went from 1-2 episodes a week to one a month. More evidence that it was Kisqali. Afib is progressive so my 150 long afib episodes over 5 years remodeled my heart so it’s not going away on its own. Now I’m looking into cardiac ablation to fix it. I also have to be on blood thinners after multiple TIAs at the end of afib episodes. No TIAs since I went on blood thinners 10 months ago. I’m not having any issues with the blood thinner and should have agreed to take it early on. I wish I had changed to iBrance due to afib but would I be in the same good standing with my cancer today? I don’t know. I can tell you when I went off Kisqali all my blood counts immediately went back to normal. Yay!!! That was fun to see. Maybe your heart episode was just some weird one off deal? I hope whatever you try next is easy on your liver enzymes and heart rhythm. Best of luck. ❤️
