You need professional help for the inflammation in your case.
"femur inflammation or an "access" (likely meaning abscess or active) inflammation on an imaging report usually points to a bone or marrow issue. The key conditions associated: Osteomyelitis (bone infection)Bone marrow edema (fluid or swelling inside the bone)Bone infarction or avascular necrosis (tissue death due to lost blood supply accompanied by secondary inflammation) Active Inflammation / Abscess: If an abscess (a pocket of pus or fluid) is present near or inside the femur, it often represents an infectious or severe inflammatory process that requires direct medical management.Symptoms to Watch For: Deep thigh or hip pain, local warmth, swelling, redness, and fever.
Fevers aren't resolved with suppliments. Nerve problems: you can try MANY things. My faves are B12 + heme iron supplements. Have your metabolic labs done first to see where your B12, Vit D, iron, and other indications may be to direct your purchases and research before you run out and waste your money. You will be overwhelmed at the reasons for nerve issues. (compressed nerves out of the spine? Seek pain management, not supplements.
