Hi, I was diagnosed with vestibular migraines and BPPV after seeing a neurotologist.
For me the vertigo, dizziness, nausea, and foggy head are more debilitating than the headache itself. Many times, I don't even get a headache.
It seems I have been having dizziness more frequently over the past year. I have done the epley maneuver for vertigo over the years and sometimes that helps.
I tried to take the recommended supplements (magnesium and riboflavin) but I'm having trouble finding a magnesium form that I can tolerate as I can't swallow very large pills and the powder tastes horrible. Plus I'm skeptical that they even help.
I tried Venlafaxine recently at the lowest dose and had such a terrible reaction to it I couldn't make myself keep taking it.
I am currently taking Escitalopram for anxiety and hoping it might help with prevention of VM.
I would love to hear some positive treatment outcomes from others experiencing VM and BPPV.

Escitalopram side effects are dizzinesss and weakness.
For Magnesium take in the form of pills, break it into two pieces and then swallow one by one.
Yes it helps, keep taking it with faith, its just a suppliment.
90% of body diseases are the results of our lifestyle.
Sleep 8 hours, for better deep sleep, take lukewarm almond oil and put 2-3 drops in each nostrils right before you sleep with your nose pointing towards the roof and not your chest, sleep straight on your back, reduce screen time, don't watch tv or scroll the smart phone unnecessarily. The disease results in foggy head and the screen time adds further fogginess.
Eat more fibre like cucumber and leafy greens in salads and less refined floor food items like burger, breads, and pizzas. Always ensure the bowels are clear and empty on the due time.
Early morning go in an open area with oxygen and take deep breaths 4-8-10, inhale with a count of 4, hold to a count of 8, exhale to a count of 10. Always visualize yourself as a heathy individual right before you sleep, and express gratitude what good you have. God will help
