I am wondering if the group could help me. A person posted a video link regarding the Liftmor by a women who was a PT from outside the US. I believe. I am thinking Canada or Australia. I am guessing. She made some really excellent comments about some really good points to keep in mind before doing those exercises. I remember it was a close up of her face. She had medium brown hair about shoulder length . No glasses. I think there was a blind and a lamp in the scene. I have tried to find it again without any luck. I would appreciate if it could be reposted. Thank you for your assistance.

@awesomemomx2 I don’t know who this is but I would be careful about anyone denigrating the program. Find an Onero certified physical therapist and follow their instruction. They do an “onboarding” session first to be sure the program is a good fit for you and always focus on proper form so you don’t injure yourself. I started 7 months ago (I am 81) and can now deadlift 57 pounds! Also, my posture has improved, my upper arms have lost that old age wrinkly skin and my scoliosis is less defined as my back muscles have strengthened. As to the osteo, I will have another REMS scan in a few months. I can’t say enough good things about the program—I just wish I had started sooner! Pic is from a week or so ago.
