I admire the way you manage your health past and present. I like staying optimistic too. Since I last wrote, I had my hip replacement surgery. Great surgeon. And really very little pain for such a big surgery. I'm walking and climbing stairs. Will have PT at home. This new pain med, Journavx, is non-opioid. Blocks site pain from reaching the brain. Speaking of brain, I can tell I've had anesthesia...I've lost a little cognition. But not so much that I can't problem solve and make appointments for follow-up. I don't like being tied down as I have been limited for so long by this hip. I hope in just a few weeks I can begin doing what I like. I miss cooking and eating my cooking. I hope that my age will be a meaningful reminder of how healthy I am.
Oh heck, I'm rambling. Thanks @dadcue.
