I've been stage 4 since November 2016. Had removal, radiation twice, eligard (still on it for 10 years), Zytega w/prednisone and keytruda in 2023. My PSA just moved from >0.05 to .05. Getting another PSA in mid August to see if it is really going up or if the increase is an anomaly. Just finished 30 Hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatments for radiation cystitis and enteritis. Anyway, I'm 80 and my wife intends to squeeze another 20 years out of me.
I've always believed:
Never say "I'm fighting cancer ". In a fight there's a winner and a loser. That gives you 50% odds. Say "I'm living with cancer" . Your odds of living longer are much higher.

You got hit harder than most of us who are living with stage 4, but it sounds like you pulled yourself up off the mat and kept fighting. If I were a gambler, I wouldn't bet against you at this point.
