@brit When you refer to your mental situation are you referring to the anxiety or is there something more. As to arthritis gentle movement can be helpful. Stretching is helpful. Have you tried any the videos on YouTube that @hopeful33250 has posted? I had a hard time doing them this morning. I felt better after doing so-physically and emotionally. A feeling of accomplishment even though it sounds small. I need to give myself kudos even for the little accomplishments 😊

Thank you for your understanding. I actually walked this morning. I have to get out instead of sitting in the house feeling sorry for myself. My husband has been trying to encourage me God Bless Patti
