Thank you for everyone giving their feedback. Today, I woke up both legs were totally numb.And I keep frequently having a run to the bathroom soft stools.I do not want irreversible nerve damage. My doctor suggested a fusion, but his office is not communicating with me. I went to the hospital this week.Walking clinic and my doctor twice.And i'm not getting any help.
I order I was scared and ordered some supplements online that were very expensive.They're coming in a couple days that promise to help the symptoms.
Is surgery the only option for spinal senosis?If you have numbness in the legs, it's hard to walk throbin cramping?
