I do have a balanced diet but because of my mental situation I really don't have much appetite. I sleep pretty good but the exercise is the main thing I don't do much of because of an arthritit back. I do try to do stretching , things like that and that does help. Thanks for caring God Bless Patti

@brit When you refer to your mental situation are you referring to the anxiety or is there something more. As to arthritis gentle movement can be helpful. Stretching is helpful. Have you tried any the videos on YouTube that @hopeful33250 has posted? I had a hard time doing them this morning. I felt better after doing so-physically and emotionally. A feeling of accomplishment even though it sounds small. I need to give myself kudos even for the little accomplishments 😊
