I am not clear on your statement. But my levels currently are a little over 1800. The levels have fluctuated some over the years. My VitD is also somewhat higher than ' normal' without supplementation as well. But hasn't seemed to be too concerning to Dr's until now.
I was just curious if anyone else who has ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia, Hashimoto's or POI history has had this.

My B-12 level last month was >2000 pg/ml. Commonly this is high, but because of my neuropathy, I am not alarmed. I have suspended the injections for a while but, I will resume them to one shot a month.
I do welcome any opinions or suggestions.
