Only if you can handle the risk of your jaw rotting out. Personally, I cannot. I'm done with all of these meds. I got a huge kidney stone on Tymlos. Doctor knows not to even mention the idea to me.

It depends on a lot of different factors but as it’s been stated here the last couple of years seems to be if you are in osteoporosis then starting with forteo, Tymlos Evenity followed by reclast, fosamax Prolia etc…many different variations for each patient …osteonecrosis happens rarely but again its patient dependent …if you hav3 healthy teeth and gums it’s less but still ther3 as a possibility nonetheless…ironically treated with Tymlos sometimes.
As many have said a fractured spine can be a whole lot worse than the alternative…it’s not an easy choice…
