You're right. I agree. Making the best of a bad situation is taking it up a notch. I'm about to do a little notch-raising as soon as I have my lunch. It doesn't have anything to do with my neuropathy; it has to do with my eyes; however, the make the best principle applies. Reading, one of my greatest joys, has grown difficult. A few weeks ago, I phoned my eye doctor and asked about getting some reading glasses. He suggested that I first try some drugstore reading glasses. I took his advice, but the glasses I bought aren't helping much. I'm ready to pay the big $$$ and get a pair of prescription reading glasses––in other words, for the sake of my eyes, I'm going to do all I can to make a unsatisfactory situation into the best possible situation.
