Hi Chris,
I’m sure the difference between the weather of Rip de Janeiro & here is minimal. I did suspect heat to be a trigger once. However, I have no problem while exercising outdoors & sweating in the sun. Thus, it’s head scratching. It can’t possibly be the weather but I do feel that aura without the muscle convulsion happening while waiting for the cab to arrive while dressed up to go to work and it’s hot/humid outside.
I won’t be triggered by music or noise as much now. It’s when driving passed a familiar sight or building which may make me feel uncomfortable sometimes. Since those were familiar, they could have contributed to a sense of Déjà vu occasionally.
Things changed. As time passes, relationships will no doubt take its toll too especially others without this condition may think it’s some sort of flu condition which drugs will cure. It can get pretty tiring now putting a front up.
But then I guessed those who understand know this fight isn’t an easy one.
Cheers,
Louis
