Sorry for your pain, sorry for you being scammed. It's not only drugs and creams and foods but it is also treatment and devices that never work. Neuropathy is horrible illness and we are very vulnerable. We are desperate for a cure or even relief so we can get back to our normal life. I have tried almost everything. I have a spinal cord stimulator for about 2 years that does not give me relief at all. In fact, many times it just adds a layer to the pain. I've had 10-15 adjustments in programs and still nothing works. Thankfully, I was fully covered by medical insurance, but I'd gladly pay to have my life back. In fact, years ago I paid about $10,000 for stem cell therapy. What a con job. Good luck to everyone reading this and hopefully one of you will be cured and tell us about it.
