@happytoseeyou you’ve been on such a low amount for a short time. It shouldn’t be too difficult. Your mind is playing games with you perhaps- you’re really thinking too hard about this. Some people just quit entirely and some have the need for a very long taper and if that is you then so be it. If you’ve been on a higher dose for a couple years, then it would be much more difficult.

@berekann Ok, thanks again and I agree it would be much more difficult if I had taken it for years and at a higher dose. On a side note, it's times like this that I wish ex hubby was still here, lol,.. great guy and still friends, would be comforting not being solo, not to sound like a big baby. Having said that, I'm so grateful for your support and all of the support from this wonderful community!
