Manno I have found they really have changed my mood by the slow ,deep breathing you add alot of oxygen to that area you are thinking about. That's what I do after bkft,lunch,and before bedtime I don't know if its the night time one but I sleep more restful and my hair not so messed up haha in morning .Hope it helps you like it has for me.

@lioness- I some times feel very anxious in the mornings too. I take my CBD oil first thing, before I even leave my bedroom. It does help. I also find that what triggers mine a lot is if I have an appointment that I don't want to go to. I find that there are always triggers that set off anxiety. It's the nature of the beast.
Perhaps we feel more anxious because our minds are clearer in the early AM, so the devil can get us before anything else does? lol Listed below are some sites that may help you and a link to a worksheet that might help you find out what triggers you have so that you can explore how to control them.
