I’m getting ready for my first treatment on 8/25/26. Does anyone know if there is any hair loss with GEM/DOLE treatments?

As Gem/doce is not systemic, i.e. it does not enter the bloodstream, there should be no hair loss. I've had about 10 instillations and no hair loss. Male, 85.

There is no hair loss associated with gem/doce that is administered directly into the bladder.
I had six weekly treatments and I am now on my 10th monthly treatment. My hair is fine. I wish you well on your journey.
