@momo03 - Since Prolia is very effective at stopping your bones from giving up calcium, if you don't get enough calcium in your diet, the calcium in your blood will go low and then you can get all kinds of side effects. I put together a training on Prolia that I recommend you watch. It give some of the ins and out of Prolia based on what I have learned over the last 3 years.

Hi from my research that person is correct and I've been researching what calcium can prev has a glycinated calcium and it's very gentle on you and it absorbs very well that's going to be my choice whenever I start prolia
