Have you found anything in particular to be helpful to you in getting through this morning anxiety?

if I get up and get moving it lessens the anxiety. Listening to music settles me too. And, a regular gentle Yoga practice with focus on breathing is an amazing preventative measure. I’ve had the flu and so I have been unable to muster the energy for yoga practice and my diet is out of whack, thus anxiety creeps back in.
Also, reminding myself that although I am feeling anxious in the moment that “it will pass”
