So would the endocrinologist not do that put me on a calcium I know the shots are only twice a year

@sue417 - Your endocrinologist will likely tell you in passing to make sure you take calcium. Hopefully they stress the importance. Since Prolia is very effective at stopping your bones from giving up calcium, if you don't get enough calcium in your diet, the calcium in your blood will go low and then you can get all kinds of side effects. I put together a training on Prolia that I recommend you watch. It give some of the ins and out of Prolia based on what I have learned over the last 3 years.
