@sue417 - If the only choice you have is to stay on Reclast or move to Prolia, based on what I have learned, moving to Prolia is the right move to reduce your risk of future fractures. I'm currently on Prolia with no issues; however, you want to ensure you get adequate calcium each day or risk hypocalcemia, which is not fun.
