Hi jackson. The content of the gummy is 5mg thc and 5mg cbd. It works pretty well for me because the melotonin kicks in right away, and when I wake up late at nite the thc/cbd combo is still effective.

@germone12345 my gummy has 5 mg THC; 35 mg CBD; and another cannabidiol that I don't recall. If I remember to take at 8:30, I will generally sleep almost through the night.
