Heyyyyy 😃 - so nice to hear from you (always). I do not want to bother you with sharing updates since I know how chaotic life is with treatment timing and all, so thank you so much for stopping by , it is very much appreciated <3 ! : )))
I am so glad to hear that you are done with all of this and that you have no RT side effects , that is just wonderful ! That is fantastic that you were able to maintain your favorite bike-riding and gym exercises : ))) Yes, sometimes we need some "tweaking" in exercise routine or our daily meal planning to reach the goal. Regarding "head pressure" , you know many females have that feeling not only in menopause but also during any hormonal fluctuations, so it is most definitely in connection to estrogen patch IMHO. Head pressure, head ache and migraines are classical symptoms that we females endure in response to monthly estrogen fluctuations and during and even after menopause. Since you have steady deployment of that hormone I really hope (and it is great possibility) that your body will get used to it and stop reacting 🍀 : ).
How is you uPSA ? Did it become undetectable as fast as T went down : ))) ! I am sure it did ! : )))
I hope that you will have big celebration Friday !!! 💃🕺 And please stop by again : ))) <3 !
Wishing you all the best always ! : )))
